Then this

Once the roadmap is clear,
execution is the easy part.

Every build is scoped and priced before we write a line of code, built inside the tools you already run, shipped in stages you can stop, and measured monthly on one number: hours of manual work returned.

How a build ships

Gradually, on purpose.

Trust in an automated system is built rather than announced. Nothing goes live on day one, and nothing goes live without you watching it first.

Week 1

Connected

Read-only first. The system sees real work but does nothing with it.

Week 2

Shadow mode

It processes everything in parallel with your team. You compare, we tune.

Week 3

Human approval

It posts, but a person approves each action. Confidence gates get set here.

Week 4

Live

Running, monitored, with exceptions routed to a person and the reason attached.

What we build most

Six patterns cover most of the recoverable hours.

These are the same six categories the case studies are filed under, because a pattern we cannot show you working is a claim rather than a pattern.

Document & email intake

Anything that arrives already written — orders, invoices, applications, forms — read and filed without re-typing. Including the chasing: the missing page, the unsigned field, the document that never came back.

Typical: 8–14 hrs/wk returned20 case studies

Reporting

The weekly export-paste-format cycle, assembled overnight from the systems that already hold the data. Reconciliation between them included, since that is where the hours actually go.

Typical: 5–15 hrs/wk returned

Customer response

The recurring questions, answered from live data rather than a static FAQ, with real escalation to a person when the answer is not in the data.

Typical: 6–12 hrs/wk returned

Order & job routing

Work classified, prioritised and sent to the right place without someone reading each item first — and tracked to completion instead of remembered.

Typical: 6–12 hrs/wk returned

Lead generation

Finding and qualifying the work you would have found eventually, earlier: signals watched, records enriched, and the ones worth a call routed to a human with the reason attached.

Typical: 4–10 hrs/wk returned

Internal knowledge

The questions your own team asks each other all day, answered from the documents and systems that already hold the answer. Plus the copying between CRM, accounting and inbox that a person is doing by hand.

Typical: 5–12 hrs/wk returned

Your stack, not ours

We build inside the systems you already run.

No migrations, no replacements, no “first, move everything to our platform.” If it has an API, we have probably already met it. If it doesn't, we have probably worked around one like it.

Read this before you sign with anyone

Including us.

Ask who owns what you paid for

Source code, documentation, credentials, and the orchestration. If the answer is anything other than "you," ask why. With us it is all yours, and it is in the contract.

Ask what happens if you leave

Everything keeps running, because it runs in your accounts on your infrastructure. Support is available and never required.

Ask what gets reported, and how often

One number, monthly, in writing: hours of manual work returned. If it dips, we investigate at our cost.

Ask about the software you'll need to buy

We do not recommend buying anything new until we have shown why it is necessary and what it replaces. Where a build needs a paid service — a model, hosting, an OCR engine — it is costed in the roadmap before you approve it.

Once it's running

Automation is not a project you finish.

Drift monitoring

Documents change, vendors change formats, volumes shift. Every build is instrumented for it, and we usually know before you do.

The next build, or none

Your roadmap is sequenced. When the first automation is returning hours, the second is already scoped. Or you stop, and everything keeps running.

Every build starts with a Blueprint.

We do not quote a build we have not diagnosed. Ten business days, $1,099 fixed, yours either way.
