The figures published here
Every number on this site carries a provenance tag: measured, baselined, estimated, client-reported or third-party. The tag is part of the claim, not decoration on it. A figure tagged estimated is a model, and the arithmetic behind it is published or available on request. A figure tagged client-reported is the client's own number and their own method, quoted with permission; we do not restate it as ours.
Results described here were produced in a specific operation with specific volumes. They are evidence that something worked somewhere. They are not a forecast of what will happen in your business, and we will not present them as one.
The Execution Blueprint
The Execution Blueprint™ is a fixed-price diagnosis, not a build and not a guarantee of a build. It has told clients not to automate, in writing, and it will do so again where that is the honest answer. Scope, price and deliverables for any engagement are set out in the agreement you sign; the description on this site is a summary and the agreement governs.
Using this site
You may read, print and share these pages. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish a page wholesale, present our figures as your own, or strip a provenance tag from a figure you quote — the tag is what makes the number honest, and a figure quoted without it is a different claim from the one we made.
Trade marks
“Promata” and “Execution Blueprint” are our marks. Product and company names elsewhere on this site belong to their owners and are named because we build against those systems, not to imply any endorsement or partnership.
Promata is an AI automation company serving businesses in the United States and Canada. We are not affiliated with Promata GmbH or with similarly named companies in the automotive sector.
Availability and links
We do not promise this site will be available uninterrupted. Where we link to a third-party source — as we do for every figure tagged third-party — that source is theirs and its accuracy is theirs.
